¡CHINGA LA MIGRA!

FUCK I.C.E!

Mass Struggle salutes the brave rebels of Paramount, Compton, and all Los Angeles in their struggle against the fascist, terrorist deportation machine.

Today, the brave people of Los Angeles entered their third consecutive day of concerted mass protest against ICE deportation raids and police repression, remaining defiant even in the face of blowhard-in-chief Donald Trump's increasingly militaristic response. Last week, ICE began a series of military-style raids in Los Angeles, kidnapping thousands. The response of the community was swift and strong, as migrants rose up in defiance. By the evening, Trump gave the order to send in 2,000 National Guard (overriding the California Governor) after protesters had surrounded a federal building where detainees were being held. Today, the government ordered 700 US Marines to deploy to Los Angeles as the protests continued.

Against the lies and distortions of the Trump regime, which blames the rebellious migrant youth for “violence” and “disorder”, at every step of the way it has been Trump and the gestapo forces of ICE which have escalated the situation by kidnapping workers and family members. They are responsible for unleashing violence and disorder as they continue assaulting protesters, using flash bangs, tear gas, and rubber bullets against demonstrators and journalists, and escalating military forces. Trump hopes to use this moment to portray himself as a strongman. On the contrary, it only reveals the weakness, rot, and decay of Trump and the whole US imperialist system when faced with mass resistance.

By waging war against our migrant and working-class communities, the regime has provoked a justified, mighty, and glorious rebellion of the masses. The masses have made it known all over the world that they will not accept living in fear, they will not accept their communities and families being torn apart. They will continue to wage popular resistance to defend their people from kidnapping and family separations.

As Congressional liberals decry the illegal actions of the federal government, are denied their lawful access to ICE facilities, and make appeals for “peaceful” protests (which are then echoed by opportunists like PSL), we must reject and expose the duplicitous role of the Democratic Party. It was under the Biden and Obama administrations that the deportation machine was funded and expanded to be the monstrous entity it is today. The Democrats have constantly betrayed and made false promises to the people. All they seek is a return to the status quo where undocumented immigrants are kept in a precarious legal limbo to facilitate their super exploitation as workers, ever under threat that their bosses and the state will detain and deport them should they step out of line. In the meantime, they hope to keep the masses from waging a justified struggle against ICE terrorism.

As the memory of 2020's great uprisings echoes through the halls of empire, we know that the Trump regime's use of brutal repressive force will only push the people even further. We call on the revolutionary masses of this prison of nations to stand defiant against fascism, to support our undocumented and non-citizen comrades unconditionally, and to cast aside false leaders.

We recognize that Los Angeles, like all lands of this country, were stolen at gunpoint. We have no respect for such borders based on land theft and genocide. We understand that the “border crisis” is not caused by the people who are fleeing the devastation of their homelands by US imperialism. The crisis is US imperialism itself, which through economic, political, and military intervention has wreaked havoc across the planet. Our duty is not to the boundaries of empire. Our duty is only to the people.

We call on all people to get organized and prepare to defend migrant workers and communities from the gestapo ICE raids and terrorist kidnapping. We must struggle for the full realization of democratic rights for the immigrant workers, undocumented and documented alike, upon whose backs this country rests. The increasing scale and militarized nature of anti-migrant attacks demonstrates the need for us to increase the power of our own organizations for a long-term struggle.

We must end once and for all this country's parasitic reliance on superexploited labor to prop up its decadent imperial society, end the system of US imperialism which is the root cause of the migration crisis today, and abolish the exploitation of the toiling masses altogether.

NONE OF US ARE FREE UNLESS ALL OF US ARE FREE!

¡SOLO EL PUEBLO SALVA EL PUEBLO!

NO MORE BORDERS, NO MORE WALLS!

REJECT DEMOCRATS, FIGHT OPPORTUNISM!

IT IS RIGHT TO REBEL!
